how can I calculate the thermoluminescence (TL) glow curve area, to identify the sensitivity of the sample after being irradiated by ionizing radiation whether gamma ray or neutron?

If you have digital data over given range, just add/integrate it over given time say from t=0 at t=25c to tend say Tfinal.
In case use excel/origin software's to plot/find the area under the curve, or just use general graph paper.
You may check Yaxis is in counts or nC or else.
Your graph (counts) is from 50-400 C, You can find-
total area, as well as individual areas of glow curves, some glow curve deconvolution software's area also available
