Dear All,

How the recovery of Ca in steel is related to the cleanliness of steel?

Higher is the % of formation of CaO, CaS, calcium aluminate in steel lower will be the recovery..then why steel industries are aiminig at higher Ca recovery %?

Is the Ca% in the slag is determined? if it is so then higher the Ca% in slag better is the performance of CaSi...please give your expert input
