If we consider that Social science is a major category of academic disciplines, concerned with society and the relationships among individuals within a society, then business management can be clasified as asocial science. The social sciences include, but are not limited to, economics, political science, human geography, demography, management, psychology, sociology, anthropology, archaeology, jurisprudence, history, and linguistics.

I think it is economics first and social-psychological second. Also, it could be in the decision science/Operations Management.

Business Administration is combination of economics, social, behavioral and decision sciences, which addresses the interactions of Business Stakeholders and Business Environment in order to maximize the stakeholders' value creation in a sustainable manner involving People, Capital and Technology. Since Human Capital is more important and sustainability is important consideration for business organizations, broadly Business Administration may be classified under social sciences.
