Hi all,
I am currently trying to extract protein from a potato tuber for analysis using Bradford and then Western Blot. I am having trouble finding a suitable lysis buffer which works for this method, any ideas?

The name of protein that you need extract it , because buffers different (buffer Ingredients) according what you want.
