Bold's basal medium does not dissolve properly?

hello, I am using "reverse osmosis" system to get pure water and I am getting 3 TDS but bold's basal medium does not dissolve into the water properly, there is white chemical residue on the ground of the aquarium how can I fix that ?

If I make concentrated stock solutions of each component (see attached) and add the bulk of the water before adding the stock solutions, I have no trouble with precipitation . After making the solution, I adjust the pH to neutral.
