I am designing a 10-amino acid peptide for immunization. I have to use BSA as a protein carrier because my small peptide alone does not tend to be immunogenic. But I'm wondering which terminal (N-terminal or C-terminal) should be attached to the protein carrier?

I'm using the m-Maleimidobenzoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (MBS) is a heterobifunctional reagent that can be used to link peptides to carrier proteins via cysteines. So that which terminal (N-terminal or C-terminal) should be attached to the protein carrier in this case?
