why can a Big-5 trait be a moderator for the effect of perceived information overload and irritation?
Take one or all five traits and explain me why do you think i.e. extraversion has a effect on the correlation overload and irritation.

Background:
I collected data about perceived information overload, big 5, and irritation. Now I would like to do a moderations analysis but I don't have a theoretical model to support my analysis.
Moderator models require interaction effects, so in this case you will need to specify a linear by linear interaction effect for any of your Big 5 variables times your independent variable. You can look up this kind of interaction effect on the internet, but in general they can be hard to interpret.
You could include five interaction effects (one for each of the Big Five), but I would worry about multi-colinearity. So, to be on the safe side, I would begin with five separate models and see what you get.
