Are you talking about oral dyspraxia? If so there seems to be a link between some people who are autistic and have dyspraxia. Testing them could be difficult because there are high functioning autistism and low functioning autism. Some people do quite well until later in life when their peers start to have families and they are unable to relate. Scholastically they might be doing fine with their college work. I would consider age, gender, and social economic backgrounds. These variables can greatly factor into the lrvel of interventions such as speech or occupational therapy is introduced earlier in life. It’s hard to know that one is being video transmitted because this involves a camera. Time of day can also affect the fraitigue level and could cause some profound changes even in the same subject.

Sona, I think you have an interesting question here. Of course, as other users have mentioned, simulating dysphagia is quite difficult to implement. I think that you should consider what specific symptoms are being simulated. Are instrumental assessments involved? If so, how might you provide video and/or photographic portrayals that are helpful to the simulation experience? Remember that overt signs and symptoms of aspiration are not always the entire clinical picture. Bias may be introduced in that it seems that you could be teaching clinicians that overt signs and symptoms must be present in order for dysphagia to be present (which is not necessarily true).
