I am confused regarding the PHD positions that I have been offered at two different places
1. Ulm University at Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology, Germany
2. Basel university, Biozentrum, Switzerland
Can you please give your reviews with a small explanation where I should invest my next 3-4 years?
It would be really helpful to me.

The University of Trieste, Italy;
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel;

Etc.
