Hi all,

I want to measure the activity of an enzyme which produces inorganic phosphate (Pi) AND inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi). I was thinking of using Malachite Green/molybdate or Fiske-Subbarow reducer... Can anyone advise which one is better? Also, do they detect only Pi or there is interference with PPi?
