Best Filters for Grayscale "Texture Rotation Images" ?

Dear Respected Researchers, I Want to ask what are the best type of filters that can be used for rotation texture image (ex. 45, 90 , 135 ..... angle orientations ) that have low & high resolution ?

ReMapping Techniques can be used for this.

Suppose a line G of the image will be rotated d degrees. The result is called the line H. By using the Brensenham Method, each pixel between the two ends of H, is searched for correspondence with the point in G.
