I have been using several binders for oxide ceramic foams produced by replica of a polymeric template and sintering. None of them is the ideal one to me. Cracks can occur during drying, debinding, sintering. I was wondering if someone is really happy with some polymer. I know, powders play a big role but, especially during the early stage of the debinding, having a binder with the right CTE and strenght at 200-300 C can make the difference
