In first, thank you very much  for your help.

I didn't see this book. It looks very interesting, especially the part on rabbit. I'll transfer that to my colleagues too.

About the articles, my initial list includes only the first one (very interesting by the way). I'll have a look on the other ones.

Daniel, if you are looking at pharmacokinetics after an intravitreal injection the rabbit eye should work. If you need similar anatomy then you have to move to monkeys (ultimate model but expensive and not easy to obtain) or pig (similar size and vasculature, does,t have a macula but has a visual streak area similar to our macula)
