for example if we have a wire with a current this wire make a magnetic field around itself and if we have a charge particle that move parallel to this wire this particle have a force component that attract or repel it.

but in frame of particle we have no speed and particle have no magnetic force. today we can answer this question in relativity I want to know before relativity scientists how solve this question
