I have noticed my battery SOC keep on increasing even before I close the switch between Constant current source and battery ! Any idea why this is happening ? Tried manually deleting the connection between CC source and battery then it's staying at same soc and no battery voltage rising happens.

I see that the problem is only with the SOC of the battery. Other all the wave forms are okay. I asked that the battery voltage kept its consatnt value during the off period of the controlled switch.
I think it is in the definition statement of the SOC.
It must be related to the current after switch entering in the battery rather than the current source itself.
As a matter of an experiment I propose to charge the battery by avoltage source and an resistance both simulating the current source.

As long as the current value is activated in the controlled current source (2A) given by the constant block, the current continues to flow despite (opening and closing) of the switch and it does not interrupt.
The solution that I propose is to replace the constant block of the controller by the block (stair generator) to be able to interrupt the current and stop the increase of the SOC by introducing the time of charge and discharge. For example for 4seconds ( 2 2 0 0)

The ideal switch has a RC-series snubber circuit connected in parallel (has shown by the symbol).
I haven't tried to simulate it, but I suppose that the default infinite value of the capacitance is implemented as a short, transforming the snubber circuit in a leakage resistance.
You can confirm this by measuring the voltage across the current generator, if it is equal to current*R + battery_voltage, you will know that the current is flowing into the switch, as @Nasreddine Attou says, through the snubber circuit.

In absence of such resistance the voltage across the switch should go to infinity. To avoid such situation in Spice there is a conductance of a default value of 1 pS, connected to every circuit node. I wonder if such a trick is implemented in Simulink too, but I don't believe.
I agree with what Nasreddine Attou suggested and I think is an elegant solution. You can also shunt the current source and put a diode after.
Abdelhalim abdelnaby Zekry Thank you for the suggestion . I have tried replacing constant current source with Voltage source in series with the resistor and the behavior looks same. As Nasreddine Attou suggested current continues to flow despite opening and closing of the switch.

As suggested, seems the like the presence of snubber resistance gives it a leakage path. But if made snubber resistance infinity, MATLAB won't permit to use with other components as inductor since both are modelled as a current source !!
for me it just some confidential control of the direct current energy source for the batteries in the electronics circuits for implementations .....
