the WebRTC concept can be seen as a functionally expanded VoIP system solution.

The idea of WebRTC can be summarized very briefly as follows:

• VoIP servers are expanded somewhat functionally and then referred to as WebRTC servers.
• Each WebRTC server is implemented on a web server - virtually embedded in a web server and viewed as its functional instance.
• The WebRTC servers (i.e. embedded in web servers) can be networked with each other and the transport protocol SCTP is used between them.
• A so-called SCTP association forms a virtual multi-lane highway and different media can be transmitted between WebRTC servers via the virtual highway.

Because the web resources are - in fact - integrated into the WebRTC servers, I think that the idea of WebRTC for video conferencing is better.
