Today, my first time to see banana as a true annual plant. The banana fruits beared really big seeds about 1 cm diameter, but all of the plants have no suckers/no daughter plants, it means that the whole plant died after fruits had ripened. Regrowth can only conduct by seed. It was strange for me. Do you the expert can give me some hints? This kind of banana might be the origin of all banana plant on earth?

As far as I know, banana fruits bearing seeds belong to wild diploid plants. Commercial varieties are polyploids: tri (Cavendish) and tetraploids. I don't know why they not suckering, probably because they have evolved in this way. Polyploid state could confer some interesting characteritics of commercial use. Several commercial cases exists, besides banana, polyploidy is use in sugar cane and batata.

These banana look like Ensete glaucum which is different genus from commercial banana (Musa spp.). Generally, Ensete will not produce sucker, so seed is the only way to propagate them. However, its fruit also edible but contains numerous seeds. Please carefully to eat its fruit.
