Axial ratio seems different when Transmit Antenna stays at 0° and DUT at 0° and 90° Compared to if Transmit Antenna stays at 90° and DUT at 0° and 90°. Similarly, I checked other position, but it shows always different.
(Tx 0°-- Rx 0°, 90°) not equal to (Tx 90°-- Rx 0°, 90°)
(Tx 0°-- Rx 45°, 135°) not equal to (Tx 90°-- Rx 45°, 135°)
What is the polarisation of the two antennas? It is possible that the radiation pattern of the transmit antenna is not constant for different values of azimuth cuts (I'm assuming you're rotating the antennas about the zenith axis).
It may be a multipath problem. Reflections are usually not the polarization you want.
Is the boresight ok, as it would matter for a narrowbeam antenna. Are you testing in a shielded chamber?
