Hello researchers,

I have been using ADFR for a while without problems. But now it shows -

ERROR @ WARNING prody configuration file /home/lab/.mgltools2/1.2rc1/.prodyrc could not be loaded ().

Clearly it could not find .prodyrc file. I wonder what could be the cause and solution to this problem. Please let us know about it.
