At what temperature I should use SpeedVac to concentrate proteins without denaturing it?

Hello fellow researchers,

I need to concentrate my protein samples for downstream analysis and thinking about using SpeedVac concentrators. It will be very helpful if an experienced researcher can share her/his protocol with us especially the temperature of the instrument.
