I follow the literature and they mentioned that calcium diglycerides dry at 60 degree overnight. I also follow the same but particles still have moisture. Please assist me what should I do in this situation.
Dear Ameer, many thanks for sharing this interesting technical question on RG. I suggest that you dry your sample under vacuum. You could place the sample in a round-bottom flask equipped with a stopcock and dry the material under vacuum. Occasional shaking will help getting the material uniformly dry. Alternatively you can place your calcium glyceride in a vacuum desiccator filled e.g. with anhydrous calcium chloride, CaCl2. After one night in the desiccator the material should be sufficiently dry.
