The electrodes' conductivity, at 0% SOC, show a minimum, for an LFP cell. Also, this conductivity minimum increase with cycling. So, after cycling (say N>30), you will obverse analogous (to "8C") arguments, even with the next rate(s), the "4C", also.

Yes this result was for new LFP cell, but the, initially working, "4C", will acquaint, before long, the same conductivity confinement (as a conceptualization) upon cycling.
