We are trying to use Assemble2 for RNA tertiary structure analysis. But the error message appears: Docker image missing/ Your need to install the Docker image fjossinet/assemble2. Although we have installed both.
Thus, anyone have the same problem?

Please check your docker version. First, try to reinstall it and then reload the Assemble2 package. If the problem was not solved, try to update your java source and the software UCSF Chimera.
For Docker installation: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/
and then type the following command:
docker pull fjossinet/assemble2
If these command works well, now, you can run Assemble2 package.
