Based on the axial compressive permanent deformation test of asphalt concrete, how we can simulate within the test the passage of different axle loading. In the field different type of axles passed on the flexible pavement; we know that the contribution of light weight axle to rutting can be considered little as compared to heavy axle loading.

I know the Monismith approach developed in 1976 for presenting the permanent deformation test result in log-log scale and then defining the line by intercept and slope,,but i ask about how we can simulate the loading sequence within the test to be representative for the reality..you know in the field there are different axles with different loadings..

Thanks for your help with the two attached paper..i had been read them previously..but both of them do not provide answer for my question..which can be summarized as follow..in the field different axles with different loads pass on the pavement..how we can simulate that in the permanent deformation test with axial loading...regards
