Asking about Simulation

Hello Researchers,

i am using Desmond maestro software for academic version. I am stocked between preprocess of few metal complex simulation. some of the complex are did not preprocesses and optimized the coordination bond are broken after preprocess in the preprocess state. it was showing error. here i attached the postmortem file also steps of what i follow, could please tell me how to resolve this problem.
