Normally a three-diode model with a series resistance Rs is used to present a PV solar cell. Here is a link of such a proposed system.

 i read it before but why only for pv cell why not use it to present any pv module ?

Hi Daila,

for PV module, you can assemble a set of series and parallel of cells. So the equivalent modeling of pv cell can be extended to pv module by considering the number of cells-in-series and number-of-cell-in-parallel
