help please .. can somebody make me udf to use as boundary condition as i don't know how to make it
Analysis type: Transient Analysis Problem : cool down test for Tank which initially has water at 60 degree C surrounded by ambient air
correlation needed to define : Qloss=1.2(T_tank average - T_surr average) T_tank average: changing with time as the tank loses heat T_surr average : changing with time as the surr gains heat
this correlation is to be used as boundary condition for the walls of the tank

You only need a UDF for the amount of heat loss changing with time?
Meisam is right. The most convenient way of setting up the cooling is to define the user defined function. If I understood well your question, you need a UDF model?
