You can use the tool of responsiveness which measures the non-health expectations or else I suggest deriving indicators relevant to postnatal care with expert opinion and assessing them probably qualitatively.
Thank you very much indeed for your answer. Responsiveness is how well the health system meets the legitimate expectations of the population for the non-health enhancing aspects of the health system. It includes seven elements: dignity, confidentiality, autonomy, prompt attention, social support, basic amenities, and choice of provider. My worry is how to measure using this or other kinds of framework, the inferable quality of postnatal care services? This responsiveness also measures only the expectation at the outcome level that is, either satisfaction or else but not quality as a whole thus what shall?
