Hello Dear Pabita Dhungel , i would suggest you start with MATLAB its simple and easy to model your problem here. I have also tried using some other programming language like python, C and C++. The only good thing with Python is its absolutely free. But you can model your problem in any of these available softwares. Hope this would be helpful for you to decide.

Highly recommend Python, very good for research data analysis, and since you might need to manipulate vision-related data too, there is quite a large amount of libraries and resources available to do all this in Python, so I think it would be of great help to you.

I began with Matlab because it is easy and it have a lots of toolbox so it is not necessary to implement all the details. but for professional task python is better i think

If you are absolutely beginner but you need quick effects, maybe you can try graphical language like LabVIEW. It is intuitive and easy to learn and within a few days you can perform quite sophisticated tasks. You don't have basic compilation troubles with incorrect definitions of variables, lack of brackets, semicolons, #include files, pointers, arrays, arrays of pointers etc. which you normally need to manage in text languages like C#/C++ etc.
