Dear Sir / Madam

This is Kareem Abbas Dawood PhD. candidate at Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology – University Putra Malaysia (UPM), doing research on evaluating the usability of Open Source Software (OSS). part of my research is to investigate to what extent the usability criteria effect on OSS competitive. gathering information from a usability or HCI experts is a vital part of this process. Hence will be grateful if you could perform the survey by weighting the usability criteria and add any criteria that affect the usability of OSS which is not listed in this survey.
