The project is a case study in the municipality of Barrancabermeja, so the scope of the project is local. Of course we will use the tools mentioned in your commentary regarding the impact of human trafficking at the national level (Colombia) and an international level. However, the research focused exclusively on determining the relationship of the vulnerability factors proposed by IOM and the case studied.
Regarding the ethical dilemma I can say that I was in the middle of several, considering that as a social worker I could not intervene directly with the victim and my role as a researcher does not allow me to engage in this type of approach with Cecilia.

My interest in your topic stems from my social care degree this issue was touched on along with child trafficking. I am looking forward to following this with interest. Within Colombia is a great start as you are working in your own area where you know much more than you realise both local knowledge and linguistically you will speak the language of the street and get down on the level of your case study client.
