Ciao Fabrizio, Thank you for your letter and we will desperately need in vitro and in vivo studies. We are investigating the mechanisms in AD and PD (one project). Mutation is just one part of it but it goes also to mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress and lipids as well as phosphorylation at the atomic level using dynamics and methods are missing in physics for these studies. I develop those missing methods and parameters. I have worked with John Pople (Nobel in quantum) and Martin Karplus (Nobel in classical mechanics) group members in Washington DC. These experiences equipped me with development at the quantum and classical levels. I just moved to Europe and I was born and grew up in Germany but worked also for the Italian consulate when I was a student in Germany. I am building my research and lab currently in Europe. I will need your help and collaboration in Europe.

I am working in an SME devoted to computational drug design & development. I have certain expertise on IDPs and indeed we are exploring ( starting to explore I would said) their therepeutic use as drug targets.
