I am not sure, what do you mean by "model". If you are looking for a theoretical model / framework, then take a look at the following (which is rather old but still viable):
Friedrich, H. F., Hron, A., & Hesse, F. W. (2001). A framework for designing and evaluating virtual seminars. European Journal of Education, 36, 157–174. Retrieved from http://www.jstor.org/stable/10.2307/1503649
Same question from Dominik, if you are looking for the theoretical foundation and framework of eLearning design look for Journals and Papers.
If looking for a practical approach (quantitative or qualitative research), I can help in developing a framework on how to collect data using some of the LMS?
This is a link to a slide show presentation. It's quite extensive, but around side 35 Scardamalia starts to discuss assessment. Slide 53 shows a summary of some of the more innovative assessments:
More has been written about this, but usually in the context of knowledge building pedagogy, so you might want to include that as a search term in looking for assessment techniques.
Please look to my profile and I hope to find some interesting studies for adults. I am at your disposal for everything. See also 2 of mine publications in Computers and Human Behavior Journal.
First you have to define "e-lerner experience", after that you can use any model to e-lerning assessment, if you can't find any that match your needs, you can propose a new one.
I want to add one recommendation: Take a look at the Articles in Section III of the following handbook. This will give you a state-of-the-art overview:
Spector, J.M., Merrill, M.D., Elen, J., & Bishop, M.J. (Eds.).(2014). Handbook of Research on Educational Communications and Technology (4. Ed.). New York: Springer.
Hi Rawad. I am using Moodle with engagement analytic. It gives me a complete breakdown of all the learners' interaction within the learning environment like how much time the learners spend on an activity, what activity the learner found difficult, liked and disliked etc. So it measures the impact of learners' success within the E Learning environment.
