We are running an Honours project looking at pleasure in the context of sexual behaviour and considering differences between attraction and behaviour. We would like to use a well-validated measure of both attraction and behaviour and administer it online together with our other measures. Any suggestions will be very welcome.
For sexual behavior, you may want to consider the Sociosexual Orientation Inventory-Revised (SOI-R; Penke & Asendorpf, 2008), a 9-item measure assessing one's proclivity toward multiple sexual partners historically, desire for sex on a temporal basis, and attitudes of permissiveness. It's typically used as a trait measure but it also has utility in a state form (e.g., Sacco, Brown, Young, Bernstein, & Hugenberg, 2012).
In terms of sexual attraction, that depends on the research question. It may simply be possible just to use a single ad hoc question of "How sexually attracted are you to this person?" It's used frequently in differential mating research (e.g., Salvatore, Meltzer, March, & Gaertner, 2017).
