In my opinion, the biodiversity of biological organisms and ecosystems in nature is so great that we will never fully know it. We will not know biodiversity to the full extent, not because cognitive processes are limited. Technological progress causes that human cognitive processes increase their dimension. More and more perfect research devices are being created, more and more perfect satellites analyzing whole ecosystems, more and more perfect electron microscopes and others thanks to which we learn the cellular and molecular structure of living organisms. The knowledge gathered in the Big Data database systems is more and more efficiently researched. Thanks to the progress of information technology, increasingly large data sets can be analyzed.
In various research centers, the newly discovered species of flora and fauna are studied at universities. However, despite all these activities and continual technological progress, man may not be able to fully understand the biodiversity of biological organisms and ecosystems in nature, because every day many species of flora and fauna disappear from Earth irretrievably. Among these species of flora and fauna, which are dying out due to the shrinking areas of their natural habitats, their natural habitats in which they have lived for thousands of millions of years are many such, which, unfortunately, man did not know, explore and describe fully. That is why it is important to develop banks of seeds and genes containing genotypes of dying flora and fauna species with the hope of their future population reproduction.
