I'm studying how specialists discuss with each other a single clinical case, where they also provide a differential diagnosis and the goal is to come up with treatment options for the patient. Are there studies, could be textbooks, that deal with how such discussions are organized, how decision-making works, etc.?

Some additional specification: I'm particularly interested in how multidisciplinary meetings are organized in which the goal is to come up with a (differential) diagnosis and treatment plan.
