We have a dam embankment and it has been affected by dispersive phenomenon in the laboratory scale test and the process continues still today in all borrow sites. (We cannot change the borrow site)
I want to asses this internal erosion process (rates of subsidence and detachment of soil particles). I will be very grateful if you could recommend some applicable case studies for this problem!.

First, it is important to define and/or declare the laboratory tests that were conducted. Different types of tests are usually applied, but careful interpretation is required in the case of dams.
Different tests could lead different results and interpretations regarding the dispersivity of the clay.
Is this material used for the core of the dam only, or for the entire dam (case of homogeneous dams).
If the dispersivity is totally recognized as a real issue, then one can change the type of dam, or go for soil mixing such as by adding lime.
In practice, adding lime is avoided whenever possible.

It has some solutions to threat dispersion with calcium oxide (CaO), i.e., lime treatment
I agree with Calcium Oxide(CaO) -Lime is a treatment against dispersivity behavior. However, It decreases the Plasticity index of my material, so the internal erosion of core material are susceptible to plasticity index.
If I increase Plasticity index the internal erosion phenomenon is less probable to occur.
