Polymer microparticles (such as PLGA) with different diameter in the range of several micrometers to tens of micrometers are mixed together. If we want to collect them in different size range, are there some commercial devices available for use? Thank you.
You can use of sonic sifter, with the relevant precision sieves in the range of mesh that you need. Just have a look here :

Sieve Shakers. you can find them in different price ranges varying from few hundreds of dollars up to few thousands.
The pharmacopeial sieve shaker has sieves in the range 45 um to 11.2 mm but it needs relatively large quantity (in grams, typically 25-100 g but can go down to 5 g).
