I am not an expert in this, but just got the idea. If you are looking for such an effect, you might look for matials where the specific rotation changes sign with changing wavelength somewhere. If you then have an isomorphous compound, it is not unlikely that this you have the 0-point at another wavelength or not at all, and then you automatically have this effect.
