I'd like to directly visualize Aldh activity across the tumor architecture in mouse xenograft experiments. I can use any of the Aldefluor reagents such as AldeRed or Bodipy-Aminoacetaldehyde. I'm interested in use as a terminal assay and was wondering about amounts, route of administration, etc. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
