Here, the thought that is reported as "inserted" is "Kill God". This thought does not use the first-person pronoun. However, the patient used the first-person pronoun to report it ("Thoughts come into my head..."). The question is this: Do patients report thoughts that use the first-person? That would be the equivalent of this: "Thoughts come into my head like "I should kill God"..." Thanks!
