Living in urban settings allows access to social resources more often, through NGOs or mental health administrations.
If a person lives in a rural environment he/she has fewer possibilities, considering that there are fewer social resources or has unequal access because he/she is in most cases in urban areas (needs to use means of transport or electronic devices).

Of course peoples come from Urban differs in their achivements from those came from rural regions due to facilities of life styles but some cases from rural areas showed brillien reuls in their achivements
Yes, there are difficulties, although people are also drivers of change in their lives and try to solve their situation, looking for help around them (institutional, neighborhood or family).
