it is not really a thesaurus, but instead a terminology portal, giving acces to different vocabularies.

for example, among covered fields there are :

medicine / odontology / pharmacy / chemistry / information Technology / mathematics / physical / Engineering Sciences / Sciences of the Universe / Life Sciences / sport

Management, Economics, Law / languages / Information Sciences...

Perhaps this would be useful as well.  This dictionary gives equivalent terms in many languages, along with definitions, for a number of scientific fields:

Thanks for links. GDT looks like wiktionary.org, but I didn't find any API and documentation in English. So it won't be easy to evaluate and use it.

Termsciences is definitely worth considering, but I have some doubts about using it in conjunction with a large datasets of articles.

I would rather recommend you to try http://radimrehurek.com/2014/02/word2vec-tutorial/ because what a thesaurus can provide might be different than your articles.

I want know if you need vocabulary of a domain or their keywords (the most useful keywords in each domain).

for the second I developed I tool that can give you the keywords of any domain extracted from scientific articles you can just define the period and you receive the keywords in text file.

example: Physique from 2000 to 2014 (run)

the result of the request return you the most useful keywords in Physique in this period.

I'm also interested in Mustaphas tool. I've done something similar, but without the temporal aspect. I used Wikipedia entries for the keyword finding.

Good thesaurus and meta-thesaurus is  UMLS (Unified Medical Language system)
