I am trying to understand how cognitive biases may affect a consumer's decision making style. I could find work which relates cognitive biases to some facets of decision making(strategic, organizational decision making, etc.) but could not find a lead to an authoritative empirical work in the the field which can explain the above.
Specifically, i m trying to find any empirical literature which could show some light on the interplay of cognitive biases (such as Framing bias) and consumer decision making style index (Sproles and Kendall).
