Pramila, I am assuming you are talking about 'Antenatal Care" as opposed to Absolute Neutrophil Count  or Advisory Neighborhood Commissions?  I would think, unless a clinic has records you could use, that doing a survey of several poor slum areas would be the way to find out about this.  Asking all women with young children about their use of ANC - why or why not - would give you your answers.  Mothers of school children, visiting pediatricians, etc. would be another source to interview.

 How do I know they have completed focused Antenatal Care as per WHO protocol, if they dont have ANC card ?? I would like to review standard questionaire if there are any??

I only know know of the WHO guidelines that stipulates at least four visits with targted care per visist

Tools for measure ANC in Urban slums are history of ANC 4 times along period of pregnancy and full fill history of pregnancy in health center or hospital
