I am conducting a systematic review on autonomic nervous system function and would like to rate the risk of bias/quality of each included study. I have found a tool that assesses quality of HRV, are there any for assessment of norepinephrine/noradrenaline?

Hello, HRV inda does not have well defined cut points. I suggest looking for works focused on autonomic function as a whole, perhaps using orthostatic testing.
Hello Zoe, you made me curious how your source (which one?) would help estimate the quality of HRV-measurement. In general, I would say that the computations suffer from the 'gigo' principle: garbage-in, garbage-out. The results cannot be better than the quality of the input data.
As for the quality of (nor-)adrenaline measurements, one must realize that the usual peripheral venous samples show a mixture of production and resorption/metabolism in the peripheral tissues on top of what came in via the arterial supply. A good way to understand this, would be to look into the publications by Murray Esler from the Baker Institute, Melbourne.
Great question! General QA for HRV could include the technology used to acquire the raw data (e.g. ECG vs PPG, sampling rate, amplitude resolution), preprocessing techniques (how was R peak/wave peak triggered? how were artifacts handled?), and HRV metrics used to quantify HRV (there is a plethora and too often one refers simply to HRV without specifying what was actually quantified mathematically).
I cannot comment however on NE/NA-specific aspects much, except that it is possible with some specialized HRV techniques to assess the effects of sympathetic modulation of HRV. E.g. PMID: 19109371
