No, unfortunately. But, the usual suspects for studies about Disney movies in english are Wasko's "Understanfding Disney" (not a semiotic approach, of course), as well as plenty of very interesting feminist semiotic readings..

That's a very broad question. In a way most film analysis is semiotic. At least up to a certain point. There is a lot of literature about the specifoc form of representation in animation. Literature about semiotics in live action film also helps. You may find an approach in one of these books or those by Paul Wells.

Claus, thank you so much for your insights and the recommended titles! I definitely agree that in a way most film analysis is semiotic -- to make my question more specific I replaced "comprehensive semiotic analysis" with "symptomatic interpretation using the contextualist and generic approaches of film studies" a few days ago.

As for the books, I'll start looking to see if I can get ahold of some. :)

Most of the stuff I've seen recently tends to be more cultural studies than semiotics.  If you're looking for context, a critical history such as Pallant's Demystifying Disney might be useful.
