Are there any reasons that can ead to inter day peak height changes. very drastic peak height changes under the same conditions?

hello,

i am having a lil HPLC trouble. i ran a calibration curve yesterday and got a certain relation in peaks. i tried runnin ganother curve but the peaks are not tyhe same. any ideas?

Normally you should get the same peak. The problem might be due to unstable HPLC conditions (flow rate, column temperature, pump...etc), mobile phase pH or maybe your column is not fully equilibrated.
