Kerre Ann Willsher What level of intellectual disability are you thinking about here? For some people with intellectual disability it is all about swimming and going to the beach with assistance.
There is a nine year old with Down syndrome and learning disability. We also have a child with learning disability and epilepsy. Both children are mobile.
Also the children both like the beach and water, but are not over zealous. Their parents always come with them.
There is a six-year-old with Down syndrome and a three-year-old with Down syndrome. Both children are mobile, and the younger just started walking. Two families.
