Queueing models are by their nature already complicated. MCDM is another complicated exercise. I have observed that it will not be easy to combine them. Since I do not know what you intend to do, I may offer only a tangetial suggestion that for complicated queueing models which do not have nalytical solutions, you may use simulation methods to understand the structure and possible outcomes.
